Founder

The founder: Ludovic Souchay

Qualifisc was founded by Mr Ludovic Souchay, a former tax inspector with the tax authorities and a lawyer specialising in tax law based in Nantes, who combines in-depth expertise and a pragmatic approach to meet the needs of tax security for its clients.

Mr Ludovic Souchay has extensive experience in corporate taxation and tax audits. He joined the tax authorities in 2006, initially as a tax inspector, before moving in 2010 to the Directorate of National and International Audits (DVNI), where he spent six years auditing major groups in the insurance sector. In 2016, he joined the Tax Audit Department at Bercy, where he was responsible for the most complex cases. A qualified solicitor since 2021, he practised in commercial law firms, specialising in both advisory and litigation work, before founding Qualifisc in 2025.

Based in Nantes, the firm operates in:
